Lineage II and Exteel South-East Asia Shuts Down in 30 Days
This was exactly what I'm looking for. Some of my blogs has problems with DISQUS, so this will probably solve it.
please feel free to post the link of your blogs with DISQUS! :D
http://www.svartling.org/
http://notiser.prylinfo.se/
http://www.prylinfo.se/
But these work:
http://making-music.blogspot.com/
http://www.clipotech.com/
http://tv.prylinfo.se/
http://gs.readle.net/
Thanks again for your excellent work!
The DISQUS team can also help further. You can email them your template, not sure what/which email tho. But that's good, 4 blogs DISQUS enabled already :D 3 more to go.
at some article, disqus can show up at firefox but not in IE7.
for example: http://black-tale.blogspot.com/2008/05/bloggerd...
But some articles' disqus can work at both IE7 and firefox.
http://black-tale.blogspot.com/2008/05/blog-pos...
so strange!
Also encountered the IE7 on one of the blogs I migrated to DISQUS -> http://yourlineage.gameshogun.ws/ which is hosted on Blogger/BlogSpot. Others also reported the same.
The more reports the better, as this will help in isolating the culprit. Initially it appeared to be isolated, but now that more can integrate DISQUS on their blogspots, we're beginning to see that it's not isolated - something is triggering the IE7-DISQUS bug. :D
For now, we'll have to tell our IE7 users to use Firefox :p
Try to ask Disqus for help, since it may not be with the edits any longer.
^_^
But have you double-checked? You can try to play around with the positioning of the codes, in the Classic Template, I have to play around before I got the right result. Blogger/BlogSpot is really confusing editing.
Anyway, keep us updated ^_^
it is not suitable for right to left languages in this way
^_^

look at that and I can still see the link to my coments, please help me
Coz after reading your last sentence "I can still see the link to my comments", I got confused. ^_^ Could you give an example post that you want to remove the old comments or link?
Currently it seems ok to me. It's DISQUS'ed.
PS
Sorry for the late reply ^_^ Just a volunteer, helping the community and blogosphere ;)
<b:if cond='data:post.allowComments'>
<!-- <a expr:href='data:post.addCommentUrl' expr:onclick='data:post.addCommentOnclick'><data:post.numComments/> Comments -->
<!-- +disqus -->
View Comments »
<!-- -disqus -->
I had to add
< b : else / >
So it looked like this:
<b:if cond='data:post.allowComments'>
<!-- <a expr:href='data:post.addCommentUrl' expr:onclick='data:post.addCommentOnclick'><data:post.numComments/> Comments -->
<!-- +disqus -->
< b : else / >
View Comments »
<!-- -disqus -->
After I did that my comments showed up, but not before. NOTE: take out the spaces in the added code.
I used an original, unedited blogger skin for the tutorial. It means on the skin you are using, there is another bit of code before Step 2 that it will require the b:else.
And if there is a b:else, then please check what's above it, coz it should be something that has to do with the # of Comments also (hence, 'else').
The blog I'm working on is http://www.geektonic.com. Thanks,
brent
Or you can email your code to daniel at disqus dot com so he can take a look. ^_^
I checked your blog it the # of comments is showing fine on my end - both IE7 and FF3. Is it working for you also?
Sorry, was busy to check on codes ^^
Best Regards
From what I understood (correct me if I'm wrong):
"You did the tutorial in order to show the # of Comments" and "# of Comments that exists in the post?"
I will answer yes. ^_^
My blog is mevuelvozombi.blogspot.com.
I speak Spanish!
I think it will be best to send your template, since this will require a look in the blogger code itself (after I checked the link you posted).
You can email disqus and tell them of the problem at daniel@disqus.com. It appears to me that the template you are using does not really have a # of Comments? Or you can email me at Laibeus@Laibcoms.com, however, I can not guarantee an immediate reply. ^_^
Okie dokie? ^_^
Best Regards
Thank you for the tutorial.
Cheers!
Glad the tutorial helped you :D
thanks and best of my regards

Thanks
